We are looking for a .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Blazor Developer in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a software specialist, your main activity will be the design, development, optimization and maintenance of ASP.NET Core Blazor web application. You will work with the product designers, developers, managers and technical experts within the company to deliver high-quality solutions in healthcare industries.

Major tasks: 

  • Developing web application with ASP.NET Core Blazor
  • Writing unit / integration tests
  • Participating in pull requests review
  • Helping other team members.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related areas;
  • At least 2 years of experience working with .NET framework and C#;
  • Experience with SCSS patterns
  • Experience with relational databases;
  • Good English skills (both written and oral) to communicate and coordinate with functional teams;
  • Experience working in a team;
  • Responsibility for delivered functionality.

We are now looking for a Data Science specialist to join our team and work on life-changing projects with the health sector. As a Data Science specialist, you will be part of our project development team. Your goal will be to help our company analyze trends to make better decisions. If you are highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math, and statistics, a critical thinker and like to solve problems this role is for you.

Major tasks: 

  • Analyze large amounts of raw information to find patterns that will improve company’s and our client’s business;
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy;
  • Execute projects involving data analytics;
  • Undertaking and automating data collection, preprocessing, and analysis;
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques;

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role (3+ years);
  • Hands-on work experience and working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other languages/technologies for performing complex data modeling and analysis;
  • Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers: company data (like Bureau van Dijk, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.), statistics department data (like Eurostat, etc.);
  • Experience visualizing/presenting data using: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, D3, ggplot, etc.;
  • Experience with SQL databases and querying data from relational databases using SQL;
  • Hands-on knowledge of data wrangling, data cleaning, and prep;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams;

We are growing and seeking a Clinical Project Manager who shares our passion for research that im-proves the lives of patients and who has experience delivering interventional cross-functional clinical tri-als in Infectious Disease, Cardiometabolic Diseases (Cardiovascular diseases (CVD), diabetes mellitus, hy-perlipidemia, dyslipidemia, obesity, hypertension and etc.) indications. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Demonstrating understanding of advanced tech-nical/scientific principles applicable to the platform/program area of focus and those of associated disci-plines (such as R&D, Quality, Business, or Project Management), you will plan and designate project re-sources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Responsibilities: 
  • Manage, coordinate and ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects;
  • Identify changes in scope and manage change control process, as necessary;
  • Collaborate with the clinical administrators and functional groups;
  • Set objectives to the core product team according to agreed upon contract, strategy, and ap-proach, effectively communicate and assess performance;
  • Anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies;
  • Report to stakeholders as per project scope requirements;

We are looking for a Technical Architect in Kaunas, Lithuania. Our solution has a strong focus on combining pharmaceutical, lifestyle, and behavioral components within the treatment process. We are looking for a Technical Architect in our office in Kaunas. As a Technical Architect, you will oversee and maintain the technical software architecture of the dHealthIQ platform. You will work with the product owners, software developers, data scientists, development team leads, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: 
  • Determine organization needs and identify high-level technical system requirements for proper technical roadmap establishment;
  • Work with functional teams to design a full-stack solution using software that fully integrates with dHealthIQ customer’s needs, from data flow, data consumption, security, DevOps, mobile and other standpoints;
  • Carry out debugging, troubleshooting, modifications, and unit testing of solutions built on the dHealthIQ platforms;
  • Analyze the technical requirements of software solutions and break them down into smaller manageable parts to ensure scalability, extendability, efficiency, etc.
  • Plan, design, maintain and supervise the technical architecture of software solutions (software components, frameworks, languages, hardware).
  • Communicate technical design solutions to functional groups and stakeholders.

Requirements: 
  • BA and MA degree or in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant subjects
  • Proven work experience as a software Technical Architect
